We are looking for a proactive and confident Youth Engagement & Outreach Lead to take ownership of recruiting and engaging young people into our programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on recruitment of young people for all programmes
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and community organisations
- Develop and deliver outreach strategies (online and in-person)
- Manage enquiries and oversee participant sign-ups
- Organise and support outreach activities (e.g. school talks, info sessions)
- Work closely with the Marketing & Comms Volunteer to promote programmes
- Track engagement and provide updates on recruitment progress
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence engaging with young people and external organisations
- Ability to take initiative and lead on tasks
- Organised and reliable
- Passion for youth development and community impact
- Previous outreach or engagement experience (desirable but not essential)
