Arising Youth CIC is looking for confident and passionate Workshop Facilitators to deliver engaging workshops that inspire and equip young people.
Location: Coventry (Schools, Colleges, Universities & Community Venues)
Commitment: Flexible (Sessional/Event-Based)
About the Role
Arising Youth CIC is looking for confident and passionate Workshop Facilitators to deliver engaging workshops that inspire and equip young people with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to succeed.
You'll work with schools, colleges, universities, and community organisations to facilitate interactive sessions on employability, career development, confidence, networking, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive workshops to young people aged 16–25.
- Facilitate discussions and encourage participation in a supportive environment.
- Deliver sessions in schools, colleges, universities, and community settings.
- Adapt your delivery style to suit different audiences.
- Share practical advice and real-life experiences to inspire young people.
- Support Q&A sessions and encourage open conversations.
- Represent Arising Youth CIC professionally when working with partners and stakeholders.
- Provide feedback and contribute ideas to improve future workshops.
