We are looking for engaging and confident Workshop Facilitators to deliver interactive sessions as part of our youth programmes.

About Us

Arising Youth CIC supports young people (aged 16–25) to build confidence, develop employability skills, and access opportunities through structured programmes, mentoring, and partnerships.

Role Purpose

We are looking for engaging and confident Workshop Facilitators to deliver interactive sessions as part of our youth programmes.

You will play a key role in equipping young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to progress into employment, education, or entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging workshops (e.g. CV writing, interview skills, confidence, career development)
  • Facilitate group discussions and interactive activities
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
  • Adapt delivery style to suit different learning needs and abilities
  • Encourage participation and build confidence in young people
  • Work closely with the Programme Coordinator and Delivery Team
  • Provide feedback on session engagement and outcomes

Workshop Topics May Include

  • CV writing and job applications
  • Interview skills and mock interviews
  • Confidence and communication
  • Career pathways and goal setting
  • Personal branding and networking
  • Entrepreneurship and business basics

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence speaking in front of groups
  • Ability to engage and motivate young people
  • Passion for youth development and employability
  • Experience in facilitation, teaching, coaching, or mentoring (desirable)
  • Knowledge of employability or career development topics (desirable)
