We are looking for a proactive and professional Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer to support the growth of our organisation by helping to build relationships.
Role Title: Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer
Organisation: Arising Youth CIC
Location: Remote
Time Commitment: 2–4 hours per week
About Us
Arising Youth CIC empowers young people (aged 16–25) to build confidence, develop employability skills, and access opportunities through structured programmes, mentoring, and partnerships with organisations.
Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and professional Partnerships & Outreach Volunteer to support the growth of our organisation by helping to build relationships with businesses, organisations, and community partners.
This role is ideal for someone interested in business development, stakeholder engagement, or social impact partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential partner organisations (e.g. companies, councils, universities)
- Support outreach to organisations via email, LinkedIn, and networking
- Assist in setting up meetings and maintaining communication with partners
- Help develop partnership proposals and outreach materials
- Support the coordination of partner involvement in programmes (e.g. mentors, workshops, insight days)
- Maintain a simple tracker of outreach activity and partnership progress
- Work closely with the Founder/Programme Lead on partnership strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and professional writing skills
- Confidence reaching out to organisations and building relationships
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Organised with good attention to detail
- Interest in partnerships, business development, or social impact
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication (desirable)
