Location: Coventry (Community spaces, campuses, and events)
Commitment: Flexible (event-based and occasional campus visits)
About the Role
Arising Youth CIC is looking for a creative and confident Campus Content Creator to help capture real moments, stories, and experiences from young people.
This role is focused on going into community spaces, campuses, and events to record engaging video content, conduct short interviews, and capture the everyday experiences of young people.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend campuses, workshops, and community events to capture video and photo content.
- Record short interviews with young people, asking general questions about their experiences, goals, and views on opportunities.
- Capture authentic “day-in-the-life” and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok-style).
- Support the team in documenting events and programmes.
- Ensure all content is respectful and that consent is obtained before recording.
- Work with the team to identify strong storytelling moments.

Skills & Qualities
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident speaking to new people.
- Enjoys creating video content and storytelling.
- Has basic experience with filming or mobile videography.
- Is friendly, approachable, and professional.
- Can capture natural, authentic moments.
- Understands social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Is reliable and able to attend scheduled events.
