Any man 18+ is welcome to attend our groups. Whether you're having a bad day, bad month or just need a safe place to talk, our groups are here for you.
We are open every Monday excluding bank holidays, doors open 6:30pm for a 7pm start .We create a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space for guys 18+ to get stuff off your chest.
