What you’ll do:

  • Commit at least 2 hours per week from late March to July 2026
  • Provide one-to-one mentoring and practical business guidance
  • Attend evening workshops and events (online and in-person)
  • Support your mentee with goal-setting, problem-solving, and accountability
  • Offer insight from your own entrepreneurial or business experience

Who we’re looking for:

  • Based in or near Coventry
  • Entrepreneurial experience or experience running a business
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ideally some previous mentoring or coaching experience
  • Passionate about supporting people from refugee backgrounds

What you’ll gain:

  • The chance to make a tangible difference in someone’s business journey.

The programme is powered by ACH, TERN and Ben & Jerry’s, bringing together expertise in refugee integration, entrepreneurship and social impact.
